Measure from the tip of your shoulder to the required end point of sleeves. Kindly check reference image then add sleeve length.

Around Biceps

Measure around the fullest part of your bicep,keeping the tape a little loose for the comfort.

Length Of Blouse

Measure from the shoulder at the neck down to the required length of the blouse.
